Custom engraving is optional and subject to an additional fee per line. Engraved products are personalized to your specifications and are non-refundable. The online preview is illustrative and may not exactly match the final product. We are not responsible for spelling errors in engraving text provided by the customer.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe. All payments are processed securely. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or insufficient stock.
We ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Non-personalized Bibles may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition for a full refund. Engraved or personalized Bibles are non-refundable. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@heirloombibles.com.
B2B accounts are available to approved distributors, funeral homes, and labor unions. B2B pricing and Net-30 payment terms are subject to approval and may be modified or revoked at our discretion. B2B orders are subject to additional terms communicated during account approval.
